There will be some points to consider when refunding a test bank / Solution manual you ordered from our store

You can refund the purchased product in the following cases:

  • You have not received or downloaded the test bank.
  • There is a major defect with the file you received.
  • Besides these cases, our store does not accept return or refund due to the nature of our products and the price.

You CAN NOT request a refund in the following cases:

  • You have previously returned a test bank from Testbanktalk.com Shop.
  • Request a refund for multiple items.
  • The file you received is missing some chapters.

Abuse of Return Policy

Testbanktalk.com reserves the right to reject and refuse to provide refunds to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.

The refund money will be funded back to your Bank Account within 3 – 5 business days.

B. OTHER PRODUCT/ PHYSICAL PRODUCT:

1. The Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, we cannot accept returns over 30 days. All items must be include all original packaging, components, manuals, and documentation. The products non-defective / non-damaged returns are responsible for the shipping cost of the order.

2. The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

2.1. Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).
2.2. Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered).
2.3. Mattress, Wheels & Tires Packages, Electronics Tool Kits.

3. All products require a Return Authorization Number (RA #) before being returned. This number can be obtained by contacting us by email [email protected]

4. All products defective / damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours and your package must be returned or postmarked within five business days from receipt so that we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier. We will gladly replace item/s damaged during shipping. However, we ask that you follow the above instructions provided.

5. Customers who refuse delivery of an item that they ordered is responsible for the shipping cost of the order and a 20% restocking fee, and customer pay return shipping

6. Customers who provide an incorrect shipping address or are not available to receive a shipment are responsible for the shipping costs of the order. We will try our best to keep track of all orders and will notify customers of additional shipping information needed for delivery. 

REFUND POLICY

1. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of the defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

2. If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. 

3. You can expect your refund within 01 weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner.

4. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time of your request for refunds to appear on your Card/Paypal. 

5. All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email with your refund details.
